TempTalk aims to provide a digital platform that respects the fundamental human need for private communication. Unlike traditional conversations which can be forgotten over time, TempTalk offers a secure environment for your messages.

• It employs end-to-end encryption, ensuring that all messages—whether in one-on-one or group chats—are protected during transit and when stored.
• TempTalk does not retain your messages on servers or client devices beyond your specified storage duration, which can be set for 1, 7, or 30 days. After this period, messages are permanently deleted.
• The platform does not log or store metadata associated with your messages, minimizing the risk of revealing additional information about your communications.
• Users are not required to disclose their phone numbers; registration is possible via email, with options to hide your profile from search by email address.
• Designed with privacy in mind, TempTalk does not facilitate widespread discovery. Invitations or connections are established through unique links or QR codes, limiting access exclusively to intended contacts.
• The application is open-source, emphasizing transparency and security. It is provided free of charge, without advertisements or data collection for commercial purposes.
